FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you want to know about our approach, our quotes and how we follow up your project.

General

Do you work for private homeowners?

Yes. With this website we focus specifically on homeowners with renovation or new-build plans. Businesses can contact Niya Solutions.

What does ‘from A to Z’ mean?

It means you have one point of contact for your entire project. We plan and coordinate all the work and all the tradespeople, from the start right through to handover.

Do you also take on smaller renovations?

Yes. From renovating a single bathroom to a complete renovation: every project gets the same care. Not sure whether your project fits? Feel free to get in touch.

Quotes & pricing

How does requesting a quote work?

You contact us via the form, by phone or by email. We arrange a no-obligation introductory meeting, preferably at your home. You then receive a clear, tailored quote.

Is a quote free of obligation?

Yes. You receive a quote without any obligation and can decide in your own time.

How much does a renovation or new build cost?

That depends entirely on your project: its size, the materials chosen and the finish. That's why we don't work with fixed prices, but with a tailored quote after a meeting or site visit.

How quickly will I hear back?

We respond to your request within 48 hours.

During the work

Who is my point of contact?

You have one dedicated point of contact who follows your project from start to finish, so you always know who to turn to.

Do you carry out all the work yourselves?

For specialist work, we rely on a trusted network of experienced tradespeople. We coordinate and oversee everything, so you only have one point of contact.

How will I be kept informed about my project?

We communicate openly and transparently about the schedule and progress. If decisions need to be made along the way, we discuss them with you first.

Service area

Which area do you cover?

We are based in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium. Let us know where your project is located and we'll look at the options together.
